GERRYTEC50

GERRYTEC50 is a closed-cell, cross-linked Plastazote® foam made from 100% polyethylene (PE foam).
It is an inert foam manufactured from a reaction using a pressurised nitrogen gas solution that leaves no residual blowing agents in the product.
Podazote foam is extremely stable and flexible. Its remarkable properties make it a benchmark foam in the industry.

Characteristics :
    - Good shock absorption capacity, depending on the thickness, density and hardness of the foam.
    - Good resistance to chemicals and water.
    - Good resistance to ultraviolet rays.
    - Non-allergenic and non-toxic, can be in contact with mucous membranes.
    - Good aesthetic appearance.
    - Inert.
    - UV-stable.
    - Waterproof.
    - Thermoformable from 100°C (*)

    - Protective and comfort equipment in the healthcare sector: helmets, orthoses, cervical collars, interior lining of medical equipment.
    - Packaging and cushioning linings for the protection and cushioning of equipment.

Features :
    - Length and width tolerance: -20mm to +90mm.
    - Thickness tolerance: as the expansion tolerance is ±10%, please consult us if a tighter tolerance is required.
    - Tolerance on quantity delivered: ± 2%.
    - Thicknesses can be delivered with welding. If seamless is required, please contact us for prices and part numbers.
    - The sheets are delivered unsquared. If you require squaring, please contact us.

Available with special characteristics: conductive, antistatic, fireproof or with a choice of presentations: perforated, adhesive, etc.
